| Anthony Nelo Martinez | 8:20 PM Dallas Cowboys vs Green Bay Packers NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: Over 53 This matchup has all the ingredients for a shootout. The Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers both possess offenses capable of producing explosive plays, and a total of 52.5 suggests oddsmakers are expecting points from the opening kickoff. The biggest angle is offensive firepower. Both teams have the ability to score quickly through the air, forcing the opposing offense to stay aggressive for all four quarters. When neither side can afford to become conservative, possessions become more valuable and scoring opportunities increase. At 52.5, we're looking for a game that reaches the high-20s or low-30s from each side. A few red-zone conversions and one or two explosive touchdowns can put this number within reach well before the fourth quarter. | |
| Brian Bitler | 1:00 PM New York Jets vs New England Patriots NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: New York Jets 7 For one of my top free picks here on Sunday in the NFL I am looking at the NY Jets at the New England Patriots. Jets no respect being given to this team despite a big win at home over the Cleveland Browns this defense for the Jets is the real deal as they come in ranked 6th in the league in total defense right their with the Patriots also at 6. No argument that the Pats are the better team here but winning and covering are a different animal. Pats have won and covered 3 straight head to head and are 4-1 ATS last 5. I think this price is a tad high look for a 4 point win for New England. Play on the NY Jets plus the points rotation #263 ***DO NOT MISS MY BEST BET TITANIUM ON SUNDAY NFL FOOTBALL I AM 10-1 91% LAST 11 AND 48-22 69% OVER THE LAST 70 NFL BEST BETS*** | |
| Glen McNeil Sports | 1:00 PM Carolina Panthers vs Philadelphia Eagles NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: Carolina Panthers -3.5 The Carolina Panthers come into this matchup well-rested following their bye week, and several betting trends suggest they could be in an excellent position to cover the spread against Philadelphia. History favors the road team in this series, with the visitor going 7-1 against the spread in the last eight meetings. Another key factor is the turnover battle. Carolina enters with a +3 turnover differential, compared to Philadelphia's -2. If the Panthers continue protecting the football and winning the turnover battle, the Eagles could find themselves in a difficult spot. But here's the trend that really stands out! ? THE CLINCHER: Carolina is an impressive 7-0-1 ATS against opponents coming off a neutral-site game! With the Panthers rested, a favorable turnover differential, and several strong historical betting trends pointing their way, Carolina looks like an attractive underdog in this matchup. ? MY PICK: CAROLINA PANTHERS + THE POINTS! Glen McNeil SUNDAY NFL SHOWDOWN – AFC EAST GAME OF THE YEAR! LOOKING FOR A HUGE SUNDAY AND A HUGE WINNER! | James Patrick Sports | 1:00 PM New Orleans Saints vs New York Giants NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: Under 45 Sunday NFL Complimentary Selection from James Patrick Sports Saints vs. Giants 1:00 pm. est. New Orleans Saints GM Mickey Loomis is entering a new chapter for the Saints organization. N’Awlins first-time head coach Kellen Moore has brought in some life into this franchise. Saints DC Brandon Staley was not successful as a head coach, but the (43)-year-old is a rapid riser in the coaching world and he got his second crack at the DC role. Staley did a remarkable job turning that unit around, and he’ll have more talent to work with this season. New Orleans actually had a top-(10) defense even though they struggled to generate pressure. This looks to be an underrated defense entering the season. The Saints enter this season with some serious momentum. There's reason for optimism in New York finally after the Giants have won eight games in a season just once since 2016. Landing a Super Bowl-winning head coach like John Harbaugh is great start. Harbaugh's resume is sure impressive. In his tenure as the coach of the Ravens, he's averaging (9.8) wins per season, has made the playoffs eleven times, has won a Super Bowl, and seized Coach of the Year award. This makes football in the “Big Blue Nation” all the more encouraging. With numerous needs on defense, DC Dennard Wilson and the Giants are hoping that an even stronger pass rush aids the secondary. In a lot of areas, this wasn’t a poor defense. This team can be better than expected and New York will be banking on a completely overhauled defense gelling immediately. There is talent and a lot of room for improvement. There’s simply more juice the organization with Harbaugh at the helm. Points are tough to come by in this “Big Apple Rock Fight”. | Matt Fargo Sports | 4:25 PM Buffalo Bills vs Las Vegas Raiders NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: Las Vegas Raiders 4.5 s is a play on the LAS VEGAS RAIDERS for our Sunday Free Play. This is a prime letdown spot for Buffalo as it is coming off a huge overtime win over the Rams on Monday so the Bills also have the rest disadvantage. This is the second straight game out west and they stayed out there as opposed coming back home and that is not necessarily an advantage, especially with the surroundings. We all know Buffalo is the better team and it has outgained every opponent in yppl and that is due to the offense that is outperforming its defense, the latter being one of the worst in the league. The Bills are No. 30 in both EPA/Play and Success Rate and they face an offense led by Kirk Cousins that has had a lot of success this season, sitting No. 5 in the league in Dropback Success Rate. The Raiders are in the opposite spot as they following up a tough loss in Kansas City with a blowout loss at New England last week. Road teams coming off OT, on short rest, are just 33% SU and 40% ATS since 2000. Here we play against road teams after going over the total by 49 or more points total in their last five games, with a winning record on the season. This situation is 25-6 ATS (80.6 percent) since 2022. Play (280) Las Vegas Raiders Fargo is 23-9-3 ATS in the NFL this season following a 5-2-1 record in Week Five and the Profits continue here! Over the last Five Regular Seasons, he is 270-224-13 (54 percent) and brought home +$23,500 and this is only a small sample of how the NFL has been going back! Over the last 14 seasons, Matt has profited in 10 of those, bringing home a MASSIVE $80,030 in profits! He has FOUR Premium Winners for Sunday with Monday night to follow. | |
| Rob Vinciletti | 4:25 PM Buffalo Bills vs Las Vegas Raiders NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: Las Vegas Raiders 4.5 Sunday card has our TOP Red Zone Play in late Afternoon and the 2X PERFECT AFC South TOTAL OF THE YEAR Going early. There is also a TOP play in Sunday night Football and A.L.C.S Game 5. Comp play below The Sunday Comp play in the NFL is on the Las Vegas Raiders plus the points. The Raiders look to bounce back from last weeks blowout loss and they catch the Bills off a massive upset win over the Rams on Monday night football. Rob notes that road favorites off a road dog win that has more than 220 yards rushing are 1-5 straight up and 0-6 to the spread on Sundays since 1993. In fact week 6 home dogs that opened 3-0 and are off back to back losses are perfect long term vs a team off a win. Look for Vegas to hang around for a cover here. GL Rob V- | |
| Sniper Wes | 8:20 PM Dallas Cowboys vs Green Bay Packers NFL 10/18 |
|---|---|
| Pick: Dallas Cowboys -105 Take #283 Cowboys Over Packers Dallas heads to Green Bay looking to bounce back after a disappointing 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay, but this matchup presents an opportunity for the Cowboys to take advantage of a Packers team that still has significant issues in the running game. Green Bay is coming off an impressive 31-7 victory over Chicago, yet the Cowboys have enough offensive firepower to challenge the Packers and make this a competitive Sunday night showdown. Dak Prescott has been productive through the air, ranking fifth in the NFL with 1,381 passing yards while completing 67.2% of his attempts. He's thrown nine touchdowns against three interceptions, and his supporting cast gives Dallas multiple ways to attack. CeeDee Lamb has 39 receptions for 507 yards and four touchdowns, while George Pickens adds another dangerous receiving option. Against a Green Bay defense that could be without starting cornerback Keisean Nixon, Prescott should have opportunities to move the ball through the air. The Packers' defensive performance against Chicago was impressive, forcing five turnovers and holding the Bears to just 246 total yards. However, replicating that level of disruption against Prescott and Dallas' passing attack will be a difficult task. The Cowboys average 27.6 points per game and 351.2 yards of offense, making them one of the league's more productive offensive teams. If Dallas protects the football and avoids the mistakes that plagued it against Tampa Bay, it has the potential to put significant pressure on Green Bay. Dallas' defense remains the biggest concern, allowing 395.4 yards per game and a league-worst 6.4 yards per play. The Cowboys have struggled mightily against the run, surrendering 168.4 rushing yards per game. Green Bay could exploit that weakness, although the Packers have averaged just 60.4 rushing yards per game this season. Jordan Love has been productive through the air, but Dallas has an opportunity to focus on limiting his explosive passing plays and force Green Bay to prove it can sustain drives consistently. Ultimately, this matchup offers Dallas a chance to respond after a frustrating loss. Prescott's passing production, the Cowboys' collection of receiving weapons, and Green Bay's potential injury concerns in the secondary all give the visitors reasons for optimism. The Packers may have momentum after their dominant performance against Chicago, but we're backing Dallas to rebound offensively. | |

Betting the NFL Point Spread
Betting “against the spread” is the most popular way to wager on NFL football. NFL games are rarely perfect match-ups, and the spread is the sportsbook's way of leveling the playing field. In order to win a point spread bet or “cover the spread,” the favored team not only has to win the game – they must do so by a specified number of points (the spread). The spread encourages equal betting on both teams, as it essentially “gives” points to the underdog. You most often find spreads with half-points attached, which is known as a “hook.” The hook avoids the possibility of a push (or tie).Betting the NFL Moneyline
While less popular than betting the spread, the NFL moneyline is the easiest football bet to understand. When betting the moneyline, you are simply picking the team that will win the game. NFL Moneyline bets are easy to understand, but they offer a poor return on investment when betting on the favorite.Betting NFL Totals (Over/Under)
When betting the “total” on NFL games, you are no longer concerned with which team will win the game. Instead, your focus is strictly on how many points will be scored overall. You may also hear this type of bet referred to as “over-under betting.”
